I do have a same problem ,but it goes 24 hours a day. I have no health insurance my bill is close to $38000 No result. My heart little bit large.Doctors almost killed me with medications. I still have a pounding heart 24 huors I feel it in my fingers too. Good luck I wish you a better health.
