Trying to sleep

Hello, I am a college student in search for sleep. I find it difficult to sleep in my dorm room. I live in a single room, and try to go to sleep at 11:OO. However, I tend to worry about sleep and won't be able to sleep. Also I will usually wake up in the middle of the knight at least one or two times, but that does not bother me as much.
I am just asking for advice on sleeping. I feel I need a solution to this problem soon or I'l go crazy. Thank You.
