I just found this board. One sleep center I would strongly suggest you NOT use is The National Capital Sleep Center. The sleep study itself was done competently, but when CPAP failed to provide the desired results, they just threw in the towel and said they couldn't help. Now I have to start the whole process again from scratch a year and a half after being diagnosed with severe apnea. I too am looking for a good sleep center in the Washington DC area. If you find one, please post it. I wish you the best!
