You seriously need to practice good "SLEEP HYGIENE". Search the links at the top of the forum for insomnia info, or do searches on insomnia and sleep hygiene. You will find MUCH that will help. If too difficult to sort out on the web, get an appointment in a Sleep Disorders Center (list link at top of forum) to discuss good sleep habits.
