Extra dreaming during recovery sleep (first two - seven days) is not at all unusual. Also, an increase in dreaming, or at least remembering more dreams, is not unusual during any stressful period. Even if that stress (getting used to CPAP) is GOOD stress. What changes to look for? If your doctor and the homecare company you obtained your machine from did not review this with you - make them do it. You are entitled to this information from them and you are not recieving good customer service if they don't. If they will not or make you feel afraid to ask, a switch in providers is in order. They should be in touch with you frequently during the first few days to few weeks, this is the critical time for making sure you are doing well and getting your questions answered.
