can't focus!!

after taking numerous quizzes online, i've discovered i have sleep apnea and restless leg syndrome, and i'm an insomniac.
i have trouble concentrating at work or even remembering to do simple things. it makes me feel rather stupid,(all this time i thought i had ADD!!) but i don't know what i can do about it?
i also have a lot of strange dreams...a lot of times, i dream i'm drowning and wake up gasping for air.
although i've always had trouble sleeping, it's gotten much worse over the past two years.
advice anyone?
