If the quizzes indicate sleep apnea, you should look into getting a sleep study (a polysomnogram). If your family doctor doesn't know how to get you tested and treated, check with a pulmonary specialist or other doctor specializing in sleep medicine (try the yellow pages to find a doc or check with your state medical society). If that doesn't work, call a large hospital near you and ask for the sleep disorders center or sleep lab. If none of that works, e-mail me and I can probably help look someone up.
