I am also trying to find out information on sleep paralysis. I have the same experience several times a month. It is like I get "stuck" trying to fall asleep and feel like I am going to die if I don't get out of it! My body is paralyzed and can't move, but my mind is awake. When I do get myself out of it, if I try to go to sleep again, I fall right back into it. I have to get out of bed and move around before I can fall asleep. This has been happenning to me for about 10 years. I don't know anything about what causes it. Have you found any useful information since you posted the notice? Sincerely, Pam
