Hi Viv, I got relief after going to a chiropractor. I found a very good doctor who is very gentle. I received a response from Pat Burns and she said she was disagnosed with a degenerated disc in her neck. It's probably a good idea to get some x-rays before you have anything done. Don't wait too long. You could end up with nerve damage that can't be reversed. Good Luck, Sandy
