Cost of CPAP

I have been using CPAP w/ nasal pillows for a year and am needing to replace some of the parts (such as the pillows). My insurance company will only pay for fifty percent of the cost of these parts. I was wondering does any body know a source for these parts that is reasonably priced. Locally I have found the pillows but they are $38. There must be a different source for these type of things. I can get the hose from the local university for a few dollars a foot but some of the other gear is outlandish in price. Any help?
