New Job Worsens Lack of Sleep

I'm sixteen years old and I get up at 5:45 at the latest, five days a week, for school. I sleep until about noon on the weekends to compensate, but I also stay up late. It seems that I am tired all the time unless my attention is being occupied. I don't believe I have Narcolepsy, as my symptoms are not that sever, but I can't go through the week without taking an afternoon nap every day after school. My dad really dislikes this, but my sleep pattern has always been mixed up. I just got a job on Saturdays and Sundays that will have me getting up at around 8 or 9 in the morning. I am extrememly worried that I will be tired all the time and I will have no time to catch up to a healthy amount of sleep. Is there any advice on how I can recieve a decent amount of rest with this type of schedule? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
