Critical Sleep Paralysis

Posted by Paulneng on November 06, 1997 at 01:27:53:

I have read a lot of these people having their sleep paralysis episodes but i think mine is the worse.....PLEASE SOMEONE HELP MEEEE!!!

My sleep paralysis started at the age of 9. and now i'm 19. It has gotten worse over the years.

The most terrifying episodes is where i was sleeping on my stomach and the it struck again! This time both my hands was under my body thus making it even more imposible to move. And the most critical moment is when i was losing abillity to grasp air coz of the position i'm in. I was almost kill that night and i thought this is not the way i want to die.

In other episodes i have seen images during the occurance described as hypnagogic images by the experts (sometimes even hear sounds).

There is lot of times where i had multiple attacks in one single sleep session (the worse i can remmember is 7 times(recover from attack just to find myself falling asleep and into sleep paralysis) ). And sometime i woke up wash my face in the toilet (usually good enough to continue sleeping without anymore attacks) only to find that i was going back to the same horrifying experience!!!

If there is anyone that can help me please in the name of god email me ( jessytem@tm.net.my ) and my name is Paulneng! And if there is any reading material that i can get more infomation bout this illness please send me the info!!!!! PLEASE HELP ME

(i wrote this right after an attack which i lost the abillity to breath during the attack)
