ultrasound treatment of OSA

I was officially diagnosed with OSA this week (no big surprise to me) so am now beginning to research possible treatments. Does anyone have any information on the use of ultrasound to treat apnea? My doctor says I have an extra long palate so I am assuming that I might be a candidate for laser surgery or ultrasound. Thanks
