looking for a sleep apnea study

Posted by Bruce on November 09, 1997 at 13:40:51:

My brother has been diagnosed with sleep apena. Having said that, he also lost his job, so he has very limited medical insurance.
So I am now in the process of helping him look for a sleep apnea study where he maybe able to get some help, without the major medical bills that are attached to this.
We have checked some of our local sleep centers and at $2,000.00 for each sleep lab and $600.00 for a begining consultation, the financial blow would be catastrophic for his family.

Does anyone know of any studies going on like this? Or where one has gone on?

Any information would be appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help.
