It is not common to have both but many people have multiple sleep disorders. Yes you could have sleep apnea and narcolepsy. Sleep Apnea is usually easier to diagnose than narcolepsy. So the only way to know for sure if you had sleep apnea is to look at your recording. What are your symptoms of narcolepsy? Did you have another sleep study to see if the surgery worked? Most surgeons will require a pre and post sleep test to see how much improvement resulted from the surgery.
