You are at the age where you need the much more sleep than you will later on. Some teenagers need up to 10 or more hours a day. It is difficult to do because everyone at this age wants to stay up late. The only way you are going to feel better is by increasing you time in bed. Thousands of automobile accidents occur each year from drivers being sleepy especially in the teen age years just after getting their license. Going to bed earlier and getting naps is the only way I know to fix this.
