I have been using CPAP with nasal pillows for about a month now and they seem better than the mask. Your design effort is admirable and keep us informed about your progress. However, as you know, the machine has a certain setting regarding the amount of air pumped. It seems to me that changing the hose/pillow size could, in fact, change the air entering the nose. Something about volumn v. velocity. You may have to check into this.
