I have been sleep walking since I was six. It started off innocently enough but have increased in frequency to the point where I will walk at least once a week. The dreams that go with the walking are getting more extreme and I now wake from them in fear and occasionally screaming. I remember each incident vividally. I fear now that I may leave the house. I am remembering walking less and less, but my room mate sees me doing it and I will wake up with bruises and cuts that I didn't go to sleep with. My question is does anyone else have these problem? Who do you ask about this? I cannot find any information anywhere on the subject. I just find articles saying it's a children's disorder and I'll grow out of it. I am in my mid-twentys and it's only getting worse. Please tell me something useful or at least tell me I'm not the only one.
