SLEEP&AGING

Posted by TreeBrown on November 16, 1997 at 21:41:04:

FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS I HAVE BEEN WORKING TWO FULL TIME JOBS. I HAVE BEEN PUTTING IN 90ISH HOURS A WEEK AND HAVE NOTICED AGING ESPCIALLY AROUND THE EYES OF ABOUT 10-15 YEARS PER YEAR THAT I HAVE WORKD THESE INCREDIBLE HOURS. SO THE QUESTIONS ARE: 1. WILL THE WRINKLES AND BLUEING DISAPPEAR AND I REGAIN SOME OF MY YOUTHFUL LOOKS IF I GET A REAL JOB AND WORK 'ONLY' 40 HOURS A WEEK, AND 2. Will I BE ABLE TO REGAIN SOME OF MY MENTAL ALERTNESS THAT I HAD BEFORE I BEGAN WORKING THESE HOURS?
