Sleep Paralysis

I just happened upon this forum and wanted to mention something to the folks "suffering" from sleep paralysis.

Although you might consider this ill fortune on your part you should know. There are actually large numbers of people trying to reach this state of consciousness through various methods. The sleep paralysis state is said to be the doorway to the out-of-body experience. Aside from the debate whether you actually leave your body the experience is supposed to be transforming. You might view this problem as sort of a gift given the proper perspective.
