Sleep and exercise

Posted by M. Rhéaume on November 18, 1997 at 11:16:51:

Hello everybody

For the last 2 months, I am only sleeping 6 hours a night. Even if I do not have a lot of sleep, but I do not feel sleepy all day (except after lunch).

Since I have been doing some weight training, and swimming for the last year and a half, I am thinking that maybe my body do not required a lot of sllep to recuperate. Am I correct or wrong in this assumption ?

Thanks for any answer.
