Sleep disorders after childbirth

Posted by Answers4 on November 19, 1997 at 00:04:42:

Difficulty in being able to arrive to sleep is a symptom of Postnatal Depression.
The sufferer feels extremly tired but cannot arrive to sleep.
Hard work and trying to deliberately tire yourself achieve little or no success.
Sleeping Tablets have little or no effect.
