I posted the original message before I read the Forum 1
messages and explored the Web site further. I was amazed
that two other people explained it better in Forum 1: Paula Czop
and Cassie. Their descriptions were very accurate to my
experience. I have scheduled an appointment for an Evaluation
Exam at University of Chicago. I will keep a log for them.
According to the Self-test I took here, the computer diagnosed
that I have Obstruction Apnea AND Insomnia. Is that possible?
I easily fall into the symptoms of Apnea ( Neck size 17, about
40 lbs overweight, snore loudly ). The insomnia I cant be sure
of...but when Im up..IM UP! Can't fall asleep if my life depended on it. Only till I exhausted can I fall asleep.
