Cobi, I treid to sllep more, but I wake unpe at 4.30 in the morning. I would like very much to add one hour of sleep, but I wake up. I do feel sleepy in the afternoon, but it go away near 15:00/16:00. Normally, I wake up only once before 4:30 (a trip to the bathroom is required). So I do think that I have a sound sleep between 10:00 and 4:30. The problem is after that. I can I knoe at 100% that 6.30 is the normal amount of sleep for me ?
