Tired all time - questions

Posted by Chad Cummings on November 21, 1997 at 13:19:42:

I typically have a problem with feeling tired all
the time during the day. I don't always get enough sleep, but when I do I sometimes still feel tired. I frequently have black spots under my eyes. I also normally get tired midday the most. I am in good shape and exercise regularly, don't really have any stress either. I feel groggy when waking up and commonly get tired after
eating meals sometimes - depending on the meal (which I know is not really related to sleep, but just thought I'd post it anyways to help). Typically my sleep is about 8 hours - not usually much more than that. Some days, however, I do feel fine - but it doesn't seem to follow a pattern. Other days, when I've received more than 8 hours of sleep or a seemingly adequate amount, I don't feel refreshed and get tired during the day. Also feel tired when bored. Any suggestions?? Thanks!
