I also have a sleep walking problem. I have not been able to find any valuable information. What I have found says that any people who have not grown out of sleep walking are depressed, and need to be treated by anti-depressants. I am not depressed. I know that this is not the answer. I have had two sleep apnea studies done, and both turned up negative.
I have developed another problem along with this over the last year or so, but the ear, nose throat specialist was not concerned. Within twenty minutes of falling asleep, my throat closes and I wake up gasping for breath. This does not happen all the time. Sometimes it happens when I am awake.
