I am a 35 year old OSA suffer who has been using a CPAP machine for nearly two years. Initially there was some discomfort and a raging case of rhinitis which saw me nearly loose my voice for two weeks - fun when briefing a Cabinet Minister. An inline humidifier has subsequently been used to assist with the rhinitis. In regard to generally comfort, I found that I adapted relatively quickly and found that the joy of sleep outweighed any ongoing inconvenience. Keep it up.
