I initially thought you were describing the mask I have been using for nearly two years. I just checked it out - it is labelled Respironics. It as an adjustable (and disposable) pressure pad to place load around the eyebrow area and a soft slightly inwardly curved mask attached to a plastic frame which has a freely rotating elbow joint. It has worked fairly well and has required no maintenance or replacement. It still generated a sore under my nose which I use a small trimed bandaid to avoid. I found your post of interest because I am an Australian resident and therefore close to the supplier of the Mirage mask. Health insurance was not an issue.
