Montage Medical is a good place to try. They are a sponsor of SleepNet and you can get to there homepage by going to the Sponsor page on SleepNet. Just go to the main homepage and scroll down a bit. You will see a picture of 2 people lying on hay. You can click on the picture or the word sponsors. There link will be on that page. They list most things they carry.
