RE:cant't wake up

Cassie,
You described my condition to the tee. I have lived with the unbearable frustration of not being able to get up either. I know that plea of "5 more minutes" all too well. My mother use to insist I was lazy and had to drive me to school. My father took it all too lightly and use to say I had a case of "bed glue." I have discovered a disorder called, Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome (DSPS). Please check out this website, www.geocities.com/HotSprings/1123/dsps.html, it is a surprisingly easy to read article. I was so relieved this disorder has a name that treatment seems almost secondary. Or try www.geocities.com/HotSprings/1837/mystory.html where I posted my story, bed glue. I have yet to go to a sleep clinic. I would be curious to know of your reaction to the article and know of any progress you have made.
You are not alone. Good Luck.
