Posted by brooke on November 27, 1997 at 20:42:24:I jumped out of a second- story window (14 feet) while sleepwalking. I've always done weird things in my sleep, but never anything that endangered my life. All of the information that I've read says that it's related to emotional stress. I didn't break anything...only cut my hand. This sounds crazy. I know. Any one else with a similar story and any suggestions on ealing with stress and this condition? One doctor tried to tell me that I should take Deserel (anti-depressant). Anyway, please give me some insight.
