Sleep Paralysis

Posted by Diane K. on November 29, 1997 at 09:20:37:

I have suffered from sleep paralysis for years, but only recently found out that there was a name for it. I experience not being able to move, feeling like I am awake and doing things when I'm really still sleeping, and feeling a presense in the room with me. I have not been able to find any comprehensive literature on the subject, or why so many others have the same experiences. Does anyone have any information that may be useful? I would also like to speak to others who have had the same experiences. Please e-mail me. Thanks
