waking up twice at night

Posted by Nick Travis on December 01, 1997 at 17:36:01:

The last several months I have fallen into a routine of waking up twice;always twice during the night . I have no trouble falling asleep. I can sometimes fall asleep in a matter of minutes. After waking up during the night I have no trouble falling back to sleep though not as quick as when I first fell asleep. I am 52 and even with waking up I do not feel fatigued in the morning.I realize sleep patterns change as you age but ,hey if someone can give me any advice go for it. Thanks
