No mistake I've seen the manometer readings when my cpap unit was set. I've never heard of sleep position therapy could you point me to a websight with more info? as to the surgey most of the data I've seen says it's only 50% effective for 50% of the people who have it and does nothing for the outher 50% with a 10% mortality rate doesn't sound like a good bet to me.
