There have been many studies trying to come up with a drug to cure OSA. However none have turned out to be of a help. If someone finds one CPAP companies will be in trouble, but I do not think it will happen. If I were you I would go directly to CPAP with that number of events per hour. The body goes through many stresses when experiencing apneas causing hypertension, negative effects to the heart, etc.
