I don't have much to offer, but you need a mask that seals without having to cinch it down too tightly for comfort and compliance reasons. I have found the Sullivan bubble mask to be quite comfortable. I also recommend nasal pillows if your home provider will allow you to try them. I prefer them to masks - quite comfortable and a great seal. I wish you the best!
