One of my friend has a problem with sleepless. She can't sleep. I've tried many to help her. Every time she told me that she has a problem with something, no one can help her. She doesn't tell me what her problem is.
My question is how to convince her to tell me about her problem ,and how to make her sleep early with out using any medicine.
