Snoring cure

I once received a catalog for elderly people which contained devices (canes, diapers, etc) to make their life easier. Among those items was a device make of rubber which clip onto the part of your nose that is between your nostrils. The clip was u shaped and had two little balls on the ends. According to my wife it cured my snoring. Does anyone know where I can get more of these clips. I lost the catalog and can't remember its name.
