I didn't see the word "seasonal" in your message last night. I apologize. Were you given a diagnosis of Seasonal Affective Disorder or commonly called SAD?
Research I've done has stated that phototherapy is particularly effective with SAD. Persons in Canada and other northern countries are greatly affected by it.
There are books out on this now. Go to a good library and look or request a book on loan from another library that discusses this and how to use phototherapy light with your particular disorder.
