At wits end.Seeking advice

I had UPPP in May 1995. Did not work. Next 2 years I had 3 sleep studies at different clinics. All 3 reccommended CPAP at 10 pressure. My problem is that for the last 2 years I have had post nasal drip and flu like symtoms with a constant head cold. I tried 3 different machines and 6 different masks. Still no satisfaction. I wonder if I should consult a psycholocist.Is it possible that I am making myself sick? Do I need some type of medication? Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
