There are many, many posting by people who have had this done. Some talking about the experience as they go through it, others results after the fact. Try a search using keyword UPP or UPPP or surgery on this and Forum1 and Forum2. Use one word at a time unless they are linked together like heart rate, sleep apnea, etc.
