Period Napping Vs. Full Night Sleep

As a college student, I find it very difficult to maintain a regular sleeping pattern. One night I pull an all nighter, the next day I nap for hours. Often times, I am not tired untill 4 or 5am. After months of trying to force myself to go to bed at a descent hour to be refreshed for the following day, I have had enough. Ideally, I would like to take 2or3 3-4hour naps a day. Is this healthy? Would I feel refreshed and be able to carry through with my daily routines? Thanks.
