15 is a relatively high pressure for CPAP. You might have better luck with BiPAP with higher inspiratory pressures to get your airway open better. I would suggest that you **may not** be adequately treated on 15 of CPAP and that you should get with your doctor or a sleep specialist to see about another polysomnogram to re-titrate pressures. You may have had a "good" night when tested previously, and really need more pressure or BiPAP on ordinary nights. You might also ask about decongestants to help reduce mucosal edema to give the CPAP the best chance to work.
