All-nighters and only in HS!!!!

Posted by R.C. on February 14, 1998 at 19:44:21:

Im only a sophmore in HS and usually sleep at 12:00-3:00 AM everyday. Finals are usually 3:00-? AM. I try to make up those lost hours by taking naps after school. But I don't know what is better: Sleep in one big "clump" at night or less sleep at night and naps. Will someone please tell me? And I'm also curious about all-nighters...i've done them before and get these scary symptoms: weird chest pains(relief by tapping my chest), spit flem, and deep breathing as if there isn't enough air going in.....WHAT the hell are those symptoms anyway? do any of you get them too? PLEASE MAIL ME A RESPONSE!
