Funding for sleep enhancement device

I have developed a unique electro-stimulation devicethat seems to decrease snoring(even that caused by being drunk), as well as enhance the restfulness of sleep. It may also decrease the grinding of teeth. It is not a shocking device, nor like any other patented devices. It is designed to spread a sleeper's relaxation evenly throughout their body.
I attempted to get a patent, but ran out of money needed to fight the rejections. I have a prototype version that needs to be converted to a printed circuit board before it can be used by a sleep disorder research center for testing. This also requires funds. Where can a home-electronics designer get funding to complete this project? If you have any suggestions, please e-mail me.
