I currently run mine over the top of the head board and today bought a little 1" C-clamp to attach to the head board. I taped the hose to the clamp. One thing that has helped me a lot is to have a separate 1 foot length of hose with swivels on each end extending from the mask end of the main hose so that when I turn over the torque doesn't rip the mask off.
