I am keeping my wife awake from my jumping when
sleeping. She says that my shoulders move violently, causing my lets to jump and making my
feet rise off the bed. This occurs most of the
night. I have only once felt my left shoulder
jump, just as I was falling asleep. It was very
violent. Any ideas?
