I use a Respironics mask, requiring a "whisper swivel" which makes turning over less disruptive to the hose. When I settle in for sleep, I run the hose over my head and tuck if under the top right corner of the pillow (the machine is to my right), leaving a little play for turning to the left. Usually, the hose stays put, and I don't find myself rolling over it.
