I've got a repironics mask with a whisper swivel too plus the extra swivel 1 foot from the mask. I think it would be even better if the swivel was a 45 degree angle than the current 90 degrees. I still have some trouble with the mask coming loose and digging into the bridge of my nose. The little pads that they give you to keep the mask from digging into your nose don't seem to work and I'm already using the number 6 which is the biggest.
