Best places for a second opinion on Sleep Apnea treatment

I am diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and using CPAP device. I am also encouraged to have a very difficult and risky operation! I want to visit the best place in the country (and overseas, too) to obtain a second opinion. Can anyone help me to find out the best places for a second opinion? Many thanks.
